There are three things for which the "Girarrosto" is famous in Rome: the first is the excellent quality of the meat, symbol of the restaurant; the second is the large popular "terrace" in the French style that opens its doors when the first hot weather arrives and closes in the autumn; the third is the warm, casual and sincere reception. One starts by booking in advance: in summer you can only book a table in the open from 9pm. But at one minute past nine the tables are already booked out….. In any case: excellent t-bone steak, mixed grilled meat, beans "al fiasco", good papardelle, and all in the Tuscan tradition. Between 60 and 70,000 Italian lire.
